Kharkov can be easily reached from all European and overseas countries.
By plane:

• direct international flights to Kharkiv-Osnova International Airport (HRK) are available from Vienna International Airport (VIE) (Austrian Airlines) and Moscow-Sheremetyevo International Airport (SVO) (Aeroflot Russian Airlines).
• Kiev-Boryspil International Airport (KBP) is the largest international airport in Ukraine, serving more than 70% of the country's passenger air traffic (including all intercontinental flights and majority of international flights). Daily domestic flights Kiev–Kharkov–Kiev from/to Kiev-Boryspil International Airport (KBP) are serviced by Ukraine International Airlines (UIA).

Please, take into account the specific transliteration “Kyiv” and “Kharkiv” when searching tickets.

To purchase a ticket:

• Step 1. Select departure and arrival point.
• Step 2. Select a departure date.
• Step 3. After clicking "Search for trains" on the screen will be a list of trains with free places. You choose the train you are interested, the type of place and space in the car. In the options you will be offered two options - the "buy" or "book."
• Step 4. You must enter the name and put the ticket in the cart.
• Step 5. Once you have placed all the tickets in the cart, click "Pay", accept the Offer, please enter an email and you will be redirected to the payment gateway, where you can pay for the service reservation/purchase.

Boarding pass - a document given to the Customer as a result of the payment for travel documents, which contains complete information about the upcoming trip (dispatch and destination stations, departure date, number of the train, coach, place, etc.) and a unique identification number. Boarding pass entitles you to board the train with no resort to the ticket office.

Order-form - the document that Customer gets after the reservation /payment for travel /transportation documents. Order-form contains detailed information about the upcoming trip (station of departure and arrival, departure date, train, carriage, place, etc.) and a unique number that identifies it. Order-form is not valid for travel, to get the TTD one should apply to the ticket office.
