Welcome to the Advanced Scintillation Materials 2013 conference in Kharkov, Ukraine

It is our great pleasure to invite you to the
International conference ASM-2013
“Advanced Scintillation Materials – 2013”
which will be held in Kharkov, Ukraine, from 23-27 September, 2013, and is organized by Institute for Scintillation Materials in the frame of the EC FP-7 project “SUCCESS”.

The general topic of this conference is the theory and practice of new scintillation materials. Last years developments of series new scintillators, significant progress at the radioluminescence theory and process in simulation allow to upscale the state-of-the-art for new efficient media search on the base on more advanced theoretical models and forecasts.

At the conference the latest experimental results and theoretical studies of the luminescence/scintillation science and techniques will be discussed.

Within the ASM-2013 one day Short Course (Lectures) on modern theory of scintillation process will be organized for young scientists (but open for all participants); these lectures will present the contemporary level of the radioluminescence knowledge.
